You can produce carpet cleaners in a range of formulations depending on the application. Lankem offers a series of anionic and nonionic surfactants for use in floor cleaner formulations. The following formulations provide excellent performance in these applications:

Charge the water and then charge the Lanphos TEP4K, Lansurf AE109W, potassium pyrophosphate, BDG and EDTA. You can adjust the pH to 6.5 – 7.5 with phosphoric acid and add the fragrance with the preservative as required. Dilute in the cleaning water at 1:50 – 100, depending on the degree of soiling.

Charge the water warm to 40 – 50°C and then charge the Kemsurf DSA followed by the Lansurf CDE-G and BDG. Blend until homogeneous and adjust the pH to 6.5 – 7.5. Then you can add the fragrance with the preservative as you require. Before use, dilute in the water at 1:15 – 20.
